These terms apply when you use bookedly.co or request a free AI Visibility Check. Paid work is covered by the separate agreement you sign with us.

The AI Visibility Check

The check is free. It shows what AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity said about your firm when we asked them, on the dates we asked. AI answers change often, so the results are a snapshot, not a guarantee of what anyone will see later. You keep the report whether or not you hire us.

No legal or advertising compliance advice

We are a marketing agency, not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice. You are responsible for making sure your marketing follows your state bar's advertising rules, and you approve every ad and page before we publish it.

Results

Results we describe on this site come from specific clients and campaigns. Your results depend on your market, your firm and your budget, and we can't promise any particular ranking, mention, lead count or signed case.

Ad platforms

ChatGPT Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads are run by OpenAI, Google and Meta under their own policies. They decide which advertisers they approve and which ads they show, and they can change their rules at any time.
